Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping® is a unique fitness program that provides a comprehensive approach to adding muscle, losing body fat, and providing nutrition guidance. Led by trained instructors, our program is built on group kickboxing and strength training classes—as well as personalized nutrition coaching. We provide a safe, supportive environment for our members with one-on-one coaching.
We’re ready to help you get started. Our certified instructors will give you all the tools you need to succeed, whether you’re at the start of a 10-Week Challenge or have graduated to a FIT member.
